Start with 100 ml of Premium Raw Kombucha per day, check your condition within 2-3 days

Start Your Kombucha Detox Program

Drink about 150 ml of Kombucha 3 times per day half an hour before meals.

Eat approximately 20 grams (2 teaspoons) of sprouts per day, rotating sprouts every day: 1 day buckwheat sprouts, 1 day sunflower sprouts

Use 10 grams of sprouts as a 1st breakfast, as a separate meal, chewing well, drinking at least a glass of pleasantly warm water.

Use other 10 grams of sprouts with your salad throughout the day or as another separate meal with water.

If possible, do an OIL PULLING immediately after waking up on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed. You can use our OIL PULLING THERAPY.

Brush your teeth with natural organic toothpaste or tooth powder. You can use our TOOTH POWDER as well.

As a start of the day use our KOMBUCHA MORNING THERAPY: 300-350 ml of warm water + 1 tablespoon of product

Drink the norm of clean water per day - at least 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight. Near 2 L per day

Fried, smoked, flour, dairy and meat products are excluded, as well as bread from white flour, white sugar, pastries, commercial ketchups, mayonnaise, semi-finished products. If you really want to eat one of them, you can afford it once a week.

Eat as more fresh vegetables, fruits and greens as possible. It would be great, if you will have 70-80% of Raw Food in your daily diet.

Vegetables, fruits and sprouts are best eaten raw. For problems with the gastrointestinal tract, replace some of the raw vegetables with boiled, stewed, stewed.

A gluten-free and lactose-free diet is strongly recommended.
